How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

How can I maximize the burn time of my candle?
To get the best results, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to prevent tunneling, and avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Are Goose Creek products safe for pets and children?
Yes, our candles are made with lead-free wicks and non-toxic ingredients. However, we always recommend burning candles in a well-ventilated area and keeping them out of reach of children and pets to ensure safety.
