At Goose Creek Candle Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label. A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Pack Your Candles

  Carefully pack the unused candles in their original packaging or similar protective materials to ensure they arrive at our warehouse without breaking.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
